FAQ

Find answers to commonly asked questions about our services, booking process, and policies.

Your first visit begins with a brief consultation where we'll discuss your wellness goals, any areas of concern, and health history. This helps us customize your treatment to your specific needs. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and settle in. Our tranquil environment is designed to help you relax from the moment you arrive.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For massage services, you'll undress to your comfort level—most clients undress to thier underwear, but you're always fully draped with sheets except for the area being worked on. For specialized treatments like cupping or gua sha, we'll need access to specific areas, which we'll discuss during your consultation.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This gives you time to check in, use the restroom, and transition into a relaxed state. Arriving rushed can diminish the therapeutic benefits of your treatment.

To preserve the serene, private atmosphere our guests value, we ask that only individuals receiving services remain in the spa during scheduled appointment times.

Our lounge and treatment areas are intentionally curated to provide a tranquil, uninterrupted experience. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate children or additional guests who are not booked for services.

If you wish to share your spa experience with someone special, we would be delighted to arrange concurrent appointments or a beautifully curated couples/friend experience.

We appreciate your understanding as we maintain the calm, elevated environment that defines your time with us.

Falling asleep is common and considered a compliment to the therapist, indicating you are fully relaxed.

Most of our treatments should feel therapeutic, not painful. You may experience some temporary discomfort during deep tissue work, cupping, or gua sha, but it should never be unbearable. Communication is key—always let your therapist know if pressure is too intense or if you're experiencing discomfort. We'll adjust to ensure you're comfortable while still achieving therapeutic results.

Our massage therapists are experts who have encountered various body types, skin conditions, and cellulite. They prioritize your comfort and therapeutic requirements, not judgment.

Some clients prefer quiet relaxation, while others enjoy conversation. There's no right or wrong approach. Most therapists encourage a quiet environment to help you relax. However, you should absolutely speak up if you need to adjust the temperature, pressure, or music.

Simply let your therapist know at any time. We'll step out and give you complete privacy. Your comfort is our priority, and brief interruptions won't diminish the quality of your treatment.

Standard spa etiquette for tipping is 15%–20% of the total service price, similar to restaurant gratuity. We recommend tipping in cash at the reception desk for convenience.

To make things easier, we also offer the option to add a tip when booking your appointment, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your wallet or cash with you.

Please note that couples or four-hand sessions involve two therapists, so tips are separate for each therapist.

Thank you for recognizing and appreciating the care and attention your therapist provides!

This depends on your wellness goals. For stress relief and general wellness, monthly sessions work well for most clients. If you're addressing chronic pain, tension, or specific therapeutic goals, weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be more beneficial initially. We'll provide personalized recommendations based on your needs and how your body responds to treatment.

Traditional massage focuses mainly on relaxing muscles with oil and hands-on techniques.

Our All-Inclusive style blends massage with acupressure, stretching, and therapeutic techniques — all combined into one customized session to support full-body balance, circulation, lymph movement and deeper results.

Cupping uses suction cups placed on the skin to increase circulation, release muscle tension, and promote healing. Gua sha involves gentle scraping of the skin with a smooth tool to reduce inflammation and improve circulation. Both are ancient therapeutic techniques that can leave temporary marks (which fade within days) but provide powerful relief for pain and tension.

Most clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Some may experience mild soreness for 24-48 hours after deep tissue work—similar to post-workout soreness. Cupping and gua sha may leave temporary marks that typically fade within 3-7 days. Drinking plenty of water after your treatment helps flush toxins and reduces any temporary discomfort.
